House of Romance adalah sebuah pulau terpencil di tengah lautan luas, yang penduduknya berusaha untuk menyebarkan botol-botol berisi pesan penuh cinta ke seluruh dunia. Penduduk pulau HOR ini semuanya makhluk ajaib yang seperti peri unyu-unyu, yaitu kaum HOR (bukan tambah OR).

Ibu pelindung, pemimpin HOR termasuk peri paling unyu bernama Catz Link Tristan (Catzy) selalu mengajak seluruh rakyatnya untuk menggali perasaan dan mengungkapkan cinta. Dibantu para punggawa, peri imutz Lia Zhang (Lia), peri kece Alteria Yume (Yume), peri ungu Liz Lavender (Tin Lizzie), dan peri macho Raziel Raddian (Raz), selalu saja mereka mengajak para rakyatnya yang berjumlah 410 untuk beromantis2 bersama, bergalau2 bersama. Hasilnya dituliskan dalam secarik kertas, disalin, dimasukkan dalam botol-botol lalu disebarluaskan ke seluruh penjuru dunia dengan diapungkan di lautan.
