Except he said V710 not V170. the 710 is cdma and was used by verizon

If they require CDMA, V170 wont work...V170 is a GSM based phone... Not compatible...Doesntmatter whteher is unlocked or not... Like putting bubble bath in gas tank and trying to drive...
